SERVICE AND REFURBISHMENT of compressors
PK specialises in comprehensive maintenance, refurbishment and overhauls of screw compressors, reciprocating compressors, Roots blowers and side channel blowers from all manufacturers.
We carry out current, periodic and main repairs. We refurbish oil-injected and oil-free compression stages. PK Systemy Azotowe is one the few companies in the world to refurbish compression stages and restore the protective and sliding coatings on the rotors.
We specialise in very difficult equipment refurbishments after failures, floods and fires.
We plan and execute modernisations for compressors as regards accessories, control systems and software, etc. Our services include replacing drivers, changing algorithms, installing external inverters and “flying inverters” that work rotationally with several compressors.
To warrant continuity of operation PK offers replacement equipment to keep everything going during overhaul and modernisation.
Our refurbishment and modernisation services come with a warranty covering even several years of operation.

SERVICE AND REFURBISHMENT of dryers
Our service program includes maintenance and refurbishment of compressed air dryers, compressed air filters, condensate drains, condensate separators and elements of pneumatic systems.
PK specialises in comprehensive maintenance, refurbishment and overhauls of adsorption and refrigerant dryers from all manufacturers.
We carry out current, periodic and main repairs and replace desiccant beds in adsorption dryers.
We specialise in very difficult equipment refurbishments after failures, floods and fires.
PK plans and executes dryer modernisations as regards accessories, control systems and software. When required, we convert cold-regenerating adsorption dryers to heat-regenerating ones and the other way round. We can convert refrigerant dryers to freon coolers and hybrid dryers (cooler-dryer) with dynamic, smoothly adjustable dew point ranging from + 1 to + 10C.
To warrant continuity of operation PK offers replacement equipment to keep everything going during overhaul and modernisation.
We offer spare parts and repair kits for all serviced equipment. We guarantee the selection of the highest quality adsorption bed.

PK specialises in comprehensive service, refurbishment and overhauls of PSA Twin Tower nitrogen generators as well as PSA module and membrane generators from all manufacturers. We carry out current, periodic and main repairs. We replace CMS beds and provide replacement and modernisation services for nitrogen membrane systems.
We specialise in very difficult equipment refurbishments after failures, floods and fires.
PK plans and executes modernisations for nitrogen generators as regards accessories, control systems and software. Our services include replacing drivers and changing algorithms to satisfy Client’s specific needs and system requirements to the highest level possible. We can increase their efficiency, reduce air consumption or extend CMS life cycle.
