    PK monitoring and remote control systems utilise Oster programmable controllers. They are a perfect solution to manage complex compressed air systems and nitrogen generators.

  • Oster programmable controllers

    The programmable controller and a tailor-made design offer unlimited possibilities for configuring the number and type of devices and parameters.

    Controllers allow to measure and record operating parameters and conditions in the real time for: compressors, dryers, filters, draining systems, nitrogen generators, carbon columns, pressure levels, flows, dew points, purity, oxygen content, valve positions in the installation, temperatures, alarms, readings for operating and service gauges, etc.

    Systems can be equipped with controllers supervising parameters such as: pressure, efficiency and the final gas quality.

  • PERFECTLY TAILORED TO CLIENT’S NEEDS

    Systems can be equipped with controllers supervising parameters such as: pressure, efficiency and the final gas quality.

    PK systems can be fitted with an almost unlimited number of sensors and controllers, meteorological stations, intelligent self-monitoring systems, etc. Where required, other pieces of client’s equipment can be connected to our systems. Owing to that, one system can manage and control for instance an entire technological line.

    Data in our systems can be presented in a numerical, tabular and graphic form. Monitoring and remote control communication can be carried out either on a local panel or through a web browser.

    The monitoring system provides radio, modem and wired connection.


  • Gas parameter recorders

    PK recorders measure parameters of compressed air, nitrogen and CO2.

    Data recorders can measure and record a variety of parameters, including:

    • Gas flow - the measurement is carried out using a thermal flow meter,
    • Gas pressure - the measurement is carried out by means of a pressure transducer,
    • Gas temperature - the measurement is carried out using a thermal flow meter,
    • Global working time (total number of working hours),
    • on-site working time (number of working hours on-site),
    • Amount of gas supplied to the installation (in Nm3),
    • The amount of gas fed into the installation of the current Client (in Nm3),
    • The type of measured gas,
    • Power status,
    • Status of the measuring equipment,
    • Communication status,
    • In an extended model: oxygen concentration in the gas - the measurement is carried out using an oxygen analyser,

    The recorders are fitted with Oster programmable controllers, which allow to retrofit themwith any number of measurement options required by the customer, such as: pressure dew point, oil content in gas, etc.

    The recorder's controller has a battery backup that provides uninterrupted operation even when there is no power supply.

    The recorder is equipped with a connection for gas sampling.

    In the extended version (with an oxygen analyser), this valve can be used to supply a reference gas for the analyser’s calibration process.

    Measurements performed by PKdata recorders can display the measured values both locally and remotely. The devices provide radio, modem and wired connection.
